Welcome home!

After two short days in the hospital, I'm heading home! I sure do hope my parents know what they're doing.

This has to be the most uncomfortable seat in the world.

Daddy's first diaper change

Ah, the adventure begins! As I dove into the first diaper change, several questions flooded my overwhelmed mind. What if it smells too bad? Will I die if it gets on my hands? How many colors can it really be? What do I do with those flailing legs and arms? I'll be changing how many of these a day? There really can't be that much stuff in the diaper...I mean she's so small, right?

Fortunately, all my fears were quickly calmed as it was merely numero uno. However, the following is photo-documentation of Daddy's first textbook diaper change.

Despite arriving 2 weeks early, Elizabeth and I were blessed with a beautiful healthy baby Audrey on Friday evening. She’s so wonderful! The nurses said she was one of the “cheesiest” babies they had ever seen. Both Mom and Dad are in love already!
